CISS Curriculum

If you are considering a career in Information Technology, you have come to the right place.  Lorain County Community College's CISS department is a great place to start your education.   LCCC offers low cost tuition, the flexibility to take classes on your schedule, and real-world experience (work-based learning). Housed in the Business building, the CISS department has 6 computers laboratories that are used during class laboratory sections and for student general usage.   All CISS classes include laboratory work, so students gain valuable hands-on experience.

Classes are offered during the day, the evening, and even on-line through our distance learning programs.   Many student study part-time while they are working.

Full-time students can earn an Associates Degree of Business in two years.   Some students enter the work force at that time and others choose to continue their education through another institution.
