LCCC Career Services
The LCCC Employment and Career Services provides free employment services for students and Lorain County residents. If you are not sure about what career you are interested in or need help finding a job, this is a great place to start. There are also postings for job search workshops, career bootcamps, student co-op links, and a host of other useful resources.
Another great resouce for students is CareerInfoNet. This web page has information for sudents on exploring careers, educational options, and even college financial aid.

LCCC Job Search Services
LCCC provides a number of Job Search Services including career advising, self-assessments, job market data, workshops, and career fairs.
Work Based Learning
Work-Based Learning provides current students in good academic standing with the resources to obtain major related, credit bearing, paid internships or co-ops.
You will find out how to develop a good resume and improve your interviewing skills. Through our on-line job-board and connections with a regional database of internship and co-op opportunities you will have access to dozens of IT positions.
Reports indicate that recent grads with major related experience prior to graduation are becoming the norm not the exception. On a 1-5 scale with 5 being the highest, Employer’s rank internship or co-op experience at 4.5 in level of importance when hiring.
